Room and common areas in great condition and very clean. Room cleaners did an excellent job, and room service staff also very good. Doormen also really good. Hotel well placed for short car trips to Connaught Place and sites. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and very good quality food and attentive staff.

I'd booked the room for my parents. The hotel staff, Monica and Gaurangi, swiftly arranged for a wheelchair for my mom when I informed them my mom had twisted her ankle at the railway station. The hotel also had a nurse come up to the room and examine my mom's condition upon check in. The next day, the hotel travel desk arranged for a superb and clean car with a fantastic chauffeur to take my parents around for their visa appointment, drive them back to the hotel for lunch before finally dropping them back at the railway station for their train back from Delhi. The chauffeur was super helpful and helped my parents to board the train as well. Oh , additionally, the reception staff offered them a late checkout from the room. And the breakfast buffet spread at the hotel is the best and the most elaborate breakfast ever.

Very clean property that goes above and beyond for their guests. I was working UK hours and they accommodated extremely well and had good space for those visiting on business. I would recommend the horizon club as they had a vast range of canapés and also a designated time for tea and cocktail hour. The view from our room allowed us to see India gate and the location was superb and close to all the main sites and markets in Delhi. It is also walking distance from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara which is outstanding and worth a visit

Lovely hotel. Only downside was staff not always attentive. We were a group of nine having a drink outside 2 members of staff at different times were asked to bring extra chairs so we could all sit down, they didn’t bring any so we just had one drink then left. We also ordered a packed breakfast at check in as we were leaving at 6 am. We gave our order but the next morning we discovered it hadn’t been put through so we didn’t get it. For the standard and cost of the hotel I would have expected these things to be done.

Rooms are well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and supportive. Breakfast spread is huge and lots of variety. At front desk we had a great support and guidance by Zubeir Khan and his team. Also I don’t recall the exact name but there was a lady at their front desk Neparna, who supported us with our membership with the Group, along with her colleague Danish. Most of the key markets are around the hotel. Definitely recommended property.
