Very comfortable room, hotel was very clean, lovely ambience in lounge and restaurant. We appreciated the early check-in and the happy hour - thank you to Muskan, Namira and Anjali for their help and attention in the lounge. We were very pleased with the amazing breakfast buffet which catered to variety of palates. The entire hotel team was professional, welcoming, friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. They are great representatives of the Shangri La brand. The hotel is a well kept oasis of calm especially after a busy day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean property that goes above and beyond for their guests. I was working UK hours and they accommodated extremely well and had good space for those visiting on business. I would recommend the horizon club as they had a vast range of canapés and also a designated time for tea and cocktail hour. The view from our room allowed us to see India gate and the location was superb and close to all the main sites and markets in Delhi. It is also walking distance from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara which is outstanding and worth a visit

Bathroom: brand new, perfectly equipped, very modern The inside is elegant, the restaurants are elegant and with a rich menu There is a wonderful outdoor bar Reception desk: excellent staff I appreciated the offer of a room breakfast or a package breakfast because we had a very early departure, before the official breakfast opening time The location is very good

Our stay was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The highlight for us was the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms, which made our stay all the more comfortable. A special thanks to Omprakash, the room maid, whose personal touch and warm demeanor added so much to our experience. His attention to detail and friendliness truly made us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay—we can’t wait to return!

Stayed at the property for a day. The property is centrally located and has several landmarks (Central Vista, India Gate, National Museum, etc.) nearby. Had the opportunity to host a friend for a great dinner at Sorrento (Italian restaurant at the property). Both of us especially enjoyed the dessert taster containing an assortment of the available desserts which were the best part of the meal. The breakfast spread the next morning was equally amazing. Since my stay was short, I felt the place was great, no complaints!

We stayed in January 2024 (father and daughter). Great modern hotel in a central location. Hotel security was at a high level. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was great.

Staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check-in early. They also gave us a complimentary upgrade which was nice (although this came after we rejected paying for an upgrade which makes me think it perhaps suited them to give us one). The staff at breakfast and at the entrance to the hotel were very kind and courteous.
