Very comfortable room, hotel was very clean, lovely ambience in lounge and restaurant. We appreciated the early check-in and the happy hour - thank you to Muskan, Namira and Anjali for their help and attention in the lounge. We were very pleased with the amazing breakfast buffet which catered to variety of palates. The entire hotel team was professional, welcoming, friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. They are great representatives of the Shangri La brand. The hotel is a well kept oasis of calm especially after a busy day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, Shangri-La Eros!

Very clean property that goes above and beyond for their guests. I was working UK hours and they accommodated extremely well and had good space for those visiting on business. I would recommend the horizon club as they had a vast range of canapés and also a designated time for tea and cocktail hour. The view from our room allowed us to see India gate and the location was superb and close to all the main sites and markets in Delhi. It is also walking distance from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara which is outstanding and worth a visit

Had the opportunity to host a friend for a great dinner at Sorrento (Italian restaurant at the property). Both of us especially enjoyed the dessert taster containing an assortment of the available desserts which were the best part of the meal. The breakfast spread the next morning was equally amazing. Since my stay was short, I felt the place was great, no complaints!
